Bailey Trading Company, LLC has been involved in the PPE business (nitrile gloves, N95 masks and other PPE) from the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and understands the processes, protocols and procedures required for successful transactions.

Bailey Trading Company, LLC offers the following mandate services:

1. Shield sellers and buyers from each other and from their intermediaries.
2. Require and prepare NCNDAs from all parties.
3. Attorney services for the A2A (Attorney to Attorney) will be provided upon request.
4. Assist in formulating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP.)
5. Escrow Services will normally be provided through seller’s bank or bank agreed upon by both buyer and seller.
