Bailey Trading Company, LLC is now offering services as Agent/Mandate to sellers and buyers of nitrile gloves and other PPE that are on the ground (OTG) in the USA  to assist in sales and purchases..

Bailey Trading Company, LLC has joined forces with a consortium of PPE professionals to provide the services as mandate for both sellers/title holders and end buyers of medical grade nitrile gloves and other PPE.

The members of this consortium have all been involved in the PPE business (nitrile gloves,  N95 masks and other PPE) from the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and are very familiar with the process, protocol and procedures required for a successful beginning to end transaction.

As mandate, we can offer the following services:

1. Shield sellers and buyers from each other and from their intermediaries.
2. Require and prepare NCNDAs from all parties.
3. Provide attorney services for the A2A (Attorney to Attorney)
4. Assist in formulating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP.)
5. Escrow Services will normally be provided through seller’s bank or bank agreed upon by both buyer and seller.
6. Request and/or Collect:
   1. Purchase Order (PO)
   2. Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)
   3. Letters of Intent (LOI)
   4. Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Codes
   5. Letters of Attestation (LOA)

   6. Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
   7. Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)-normally provided at the Attorney to Attorney (A2A)
   8. Proof of Funds (POF)-normally provided at the A2A
   9. SGS Inspection Report-normally provided at the A2A
   10. Proof of Life (POL)-normally provided at the A2A
   11. Bills of Lading and other import documents (BOL)-normally provided at the A2A
   12. Irrevocable Master Fee Purchase Agreement (IMFPA)
   13. Sub Fee Agreements
7. Provide 3PL services for:
   1. Import/Export Logistics
      1. Customs Brokerage
      2. Freight Forwarding
   2. Transport Services
      1. Full Container (CY)
      2. Less than container loads (LCL)
   3. Intra and Interstate Truck Transport
   4. Warehouse services
   5. SGS Inspection Services
